The room was too small, it was clean but a double bed room not quadruple room as sold.

Hotel is a bit run down but well managed, cleaning team is amazing, the staff in general are very nice. Only giving 3 starts because the beach area is very noisy all day long with sound systems competing with each other. Also the beach manager was relentlessly trying to get extra money from us. Unfortunately for us this hotel was not the place to relax we were expecting it to be.
Spa was out of service with no compensation for that. 7 Euro per person per day service charge for the beach and pool. Parking area is small and very tight to access. Breakfast was ample and rooms were clean but furniture and accommodations were old.
The room is smaller than I expected, the WiFi reception is terrible in our room, and the air conditioning seems very erratic:I am not sure it is working.
The food is ok but there is not a lot of variety. In the evening the next door hotel has animation which is unbelievably loud and runs until after 11.00. it is so loud we cannot hear our TV when it is at normal volume.
The shower is good and the water is nice and hot.
The beach is excellent and the sun beds and umbrellas are good.
The staff are very helpful. It seems much more suited to a family stay than for adults or couples without children.
Not sure how did this hotel get 4 stars, given the overall quality of the facilities when compared to similar venues in Italy.
If you are travelling by car, DO NOT pick this hotel, as they have a ridiculously small parking area for guests, with a high risk of getting your car damaged (either while trying to park or because of other cars trying to get out.
We arrived late in the evening and were told to leave the car keys to the night porter because there was no way to park in a normal slot + without any guarantee or insurance in case of damages. Managed to get out in reverse (the only way) and ended up parking 300m away in a public place.

Excelent location! I've been here last week for 2 nights. Despite the fact that I reached the hotel pretty late in the night, I was very much welcomed with a nice smile. The room was very clean, good temperature inside, all the systems working. Breath taking view from the balcony! Very good breakfast starting with the briliant "espresso". Well done!
Next to mains street. But nice view of sea. Breakfast can be better. Each day still same believe me after one week, you will looking for change. But staff Very friendly. Small wellness. But good for refresh during business trip. Rooms are clean room service make good job. For businesses trip...
